We took out of town friends to the Stone Cellar for dinner. Weβve always had great food there, and as usual, they didnβt disappoint! Everything ordered was pretty much perfection, including appetizers, drinks and dinner. (We were too full to order desserts, but the dessert menu looked delightful and our guests got dessert to go). I highly recommend the Chilean sea bass! Service was beyond exceptional. Our server, Zach, was fabulous! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and pleasant to work with. You can tell he enjoyed his job and cared about his customers experience at the Stone Cellar. Will ask for him the next time we go! Our friends were just as pleased with the entire experience. The 4 stars for atmosphere is only because itβs loud and can be difficult to hear at times, especially when they are busy. Usually every time weβve been there, they are busy so itβs definitely not a drawback for most. The food and service are definitely top notch though, so speaking a little louder really isnβt an issue. Looking forward to our next visit!

This place here is nice and the staff was super friendly! Our waiter Christian was fantastic but we did have one problem with the food! My momβs Pappardelle Pasta was super salty to the point where she couldnβt eat it! Christian addressed this situation very professionally: He apologized for the salty dish, asked if my mom wanted another one which she did, and the remake came out perfect! My food on the other hand was fine. I liked my Boneless Chicken Tenders and my Caesar Salad. I would recommend this place for a quick bite to eat!!!

Itβs absolutely beautiful inside. We went at a time when there were not many other people but judging by the spacing of the tables it would still feel nice and intimate with a lot of other people inside. The food was excellent. The wine list was well rounded and the staff were very good about being attentive yet absent. Our plates were picked up almost immediately between each dish which was served with great timing. I loved it. If I came out this way again I would definitely come back.

First time eating here and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the seafood carbonara and a Cesar salad. The salad was par, but the main dish was excellent. Place was fairly busy, but my food still came quick. Waitress was great. Price seemed reasonable for an upscale Altoona restaurant. I'm looking forward to going back and trying more from the menu
